Creating an email account

Once a website has been created, you can create a new email account by navigating to Websites > Select the website > Emails.

Webmail

You can find the webmail login link the main Email dashboard

Connect to gmail or other mail apps

You can find the connection details in each email account’s dashboard: Websites > Emails > Select an email account > Scroll to the bottom to view the connection details.

DKIM / DMARC / SPF Records

1. DKIM can be turned on for each domain, this is recommened.

2. If you are using external nameservers, you will need to add the mail records(DKIM / DMARC / SPF, TXT Records) from your DNS zone to the external DNS zone.

Nameservers/IP Address

It is recommended to use our Nameservers if you are hosting email with us:

ns1.phantomhost.com.au
ns2.phantomhost.com.au

Alternaticely, you can use your external DNS provider and point the requried records:

1. You can find the nameserver and IP address information for pointing your domain in the control panel.
2. Navigate to Websites > Select a website — the Home tab will display the IP address for the mail.
